Very, very pretty. And as long as she takes proper care, she'll be fine.

My girls and I can't wear the "cheapo" stuff (we react to something in them and our ears burn and puff up after a few hours), but the really truly hypoallergenic stuff isn't that hard to find, and isn't really expensive. Simply Whispers are nice. There are even some you can get at Walmart (Almay, etc).
