I read today that the police were in the hot seat again. It seems that someone in Agusta stole an unverified number of toilets. They think that the thief will try to pawn them. Personally, I believe you just have to look for someone who is landscaping their yard. They'll be using them as planters.

Not 100% only in Georgia. Growing up there was a house in my neighborhood that had one (ok, just one, but still) toilet seat planter in their front yard. In California. Yes, they did look out of place.

I've seen entire toilets used as planters, but not just the seat. Just when you think you have a grasp on where you live.......
